We undertake variety of training and capacity building programs under two main categories:

1. Training of Trainers (ToT) around promotion of sustainable package of practices in agriculture and allied sectors

This program equips individuals to become trainers themselves, enabling them to disseminate knowledge and best practices in sustainable agriculture and related fields. It likely covers topics such as:

  * Sustainable agricultural techniques (e.g., soil conservation, water management, organic farming)

  * Climate-smart practices

  * Integrated pest management

  * Technologies for sustainable agriculture

  * Post-harvest handling and value addition

2. Training of FPOs/CBOs & Non-Profit Organizations around FPO management, Business Planning and Marketing of agri and allied produce

This program focuses on strengthening the operational capacity of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Community Based Organizations (CBOs), and Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) engaged in the agriculture and allied sectors. The training equips these organizations with the skills necessary to:

  * FPO Management: Establish and manage well-governed FPOs, including efficient member management, financial management, and legal compliance.

  * Business Planning: Develop sound business plans that identify market opportunities, establish financial projections, and outline strategies for growth.

  * Marketing of Agri and Allied Produce: Learn effective marketing strategies to promote and sell agricultural produce and products from allied sectors. This may include branding, market research, and value chain analysis.
